On July 6, 2020, Vietnamese Ambassador to Israel Do Minh Hung visited Ramat Negev International Training Center on Agriculture, in the Southern District of Israel, where more than 250 Vietnamese agricultural graduates are studying.
At the meeting with the Head of Ramat Negev Center, Ambassador Do Minh Hung appreciated the center's support for Vietnamese students, especially in the context of the covid-19 pandemic. The Ambassador suggested the Center to continue provide more favourable conditions for students to complete the course, address their aspirations, and work closely with the Embassy and authorities to bring Vietnamese students home after completing the course.
In the meeting with the students, Ambassador Do Minh Hung encouraged and advised the students to overcome difficulties, continue to study and work hard to complete the course with satisfaction, answer students' questions related to daily activities, study and going back to Vietnam after completing the course... The Ambassador emphasized that the Embassy will accompany students and will coordinate best to solve the expectation of students.
Currently in Israel there are nearly 650 agricultural graduates from Vietnam, and the Ramat Negev Center is one of two centers with a large number of Vietnamese students.
